The Harris County Emergency Management Office has issued new voluntary and mandaroy evacuations for residence within the Barkers and Addicks area. More information can be found at ReadyHarris.org . HOUSTON – Under State law, Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner has issued a mandatory evacuation order for about 4,600 homes already flooded by water in west Houston. Wrong way driver killed on I45 southbound. This fatal crash occurred around 5:30 am Sunday according to authorities. The driver of the truck has not been able to be identified.
